Night Time Skin Care Routine

Hi Everyone,

Today I am going to be sharing with you my night time skin care routine. Everyone has different skin and so some products that work on me might not work for you. Before developing a night time skin care routine it is important that you know your skin type. I have combination skin meaning that my skin gets oily in the t-zone but is normal/dry else where.

Step 1: I start out by taking off my makeup with Bioderma. This is an important step that I know people tend to forget or choose not to do it. Sleeping with makeup over night clogs your pores and can lead to acne if the sebum piles up.

Step 2: After taking out my makeup I wash my face with the Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash. This face wash contains salicylic acid as well as exfoliating beads. The salicylic acid gets rid of/prevents acne as well as the beads exfoliate the skin. Twice a week I use an exfoliater machine with my Neutrogena face wash to really rid of any dead skin cells.

Step 3: Although washing your face is essential it is also dries the skin out. In order to hydrate the skin I apply Murad's toner to my face. Before applying any other products I let the toner settle in.

Step 4: I then apply Epiduo cream to my pimples. This was recommended to me by my dermatologist. If you are suffering from breakouts or acne and are looking for creams or medication I would suggest first going to a dermatologist.

Step 5: I finally apply my hand cream from bath and body works. My favorite scent is warm vanilla sugar.

Step 6: And then I end with my Eos lip balm so that my lips stay hydrated throughout the night.
